Our people and machines are at your service for all engine grinding operations (lining, surfacing, shaft line grinding, etc.), but before that we can help you with the metrology and inspection of your engine parts.
MACHINING
Once the block has been machined, we can carry out the actual lining operation: by expanding the heated block and freezing the liners, we can obtain sufficient clearance for a few seconds to install the liners in the block.
Once everything has returned to room temperature, we press the liner to ensure that it is permanently in place. After a final surfacing operation, the block is ready for reassembly, either by us or by a professional for whom we have worked on the block.
